EMPLOYMENT CONTRACT

This Employment Contract is made between Infinio Labs Pvt Ltd and Riya Kapoor.

1. Position
Riya Kapoor will join as Product Designer and will report to the designated manager.

2. Start Date and Location
Employment starts on 6/4/2026 and the work location will be Remote, India.

3. Compensation
The employee will receive compensation of ₹12,00,000 per annum, subject to statutory deductions and company payroll policies.

4. Probation
The initial probation period will be 3 months. Confirmation of employment will follow successful completion and review.

5. Duties and Conduct
The employee agrees to perform assigned duties in good faith, protect company confidential information, and comply with internal policies.

6. Notice Period
Either party may terminate employment by giving 30 days written notice, unless a different process applies under law or misconduct policy.

7. Intellectual Property and Confidentiality
All work output created during employment for company business will belong to Infinio Labs Pvt Ltd. Confidential information must not be shared without authorization.

8. Governing Terms
This contract is subject to applicable employment laws and company policy documents.
