Best Practices
- Submit valid URLs only; remove fragments and session parameters.
- Keep one canonical URL per page; avoid duplicates.
- Use only lowercase protocol and host.
- Set lastmod only when the page meaningfully changed.
- Prefer lower priorities; use 0.0-1.0 relatively, not absolutely.
- Size single sitemaps to <=50,000 URLs or <=50MB uncompressed.
